Who cares about anyone breaking Roger's slam record?

1st of all, records are always broken, that one and many others will eventually get broken, & that's FINE. He did so, so much for the sport and he set such a wonderful example for players to come.

His image, his class, elegance, fighting spirit, positivity, passion, whether it's on or off the court, throughout glory or disaster, those will always live in the history of the sport. He will always be the example given in tennis schools and clubs. He's the Maestro.

2nd, if Rafa equals or breaks it, it's an honor, because Rafa is one of the most respectable champions in the history of sports, and I'm so fine with that. They are both the best champions this sport ever had.

And 3rd, if Novak breaks it, it will not make him a better champion than Roger & Rafa are. He was very rarely a model for his behavior, and on-court he never had the class & elegance that tennis requires as a sport, no matter how great his achievements are (and they are).

Roger has made tennis into what it is today, he was an example to so many, and a goal for others. He made history everytime he walked on a court, and the records are just the numbers that prove it. No one will ever change that.
His legacy will be eternal.
