Firstly I'll be looking at the strikers' personal stats then go on to look at the team stats that may affect them such as chances created. Then lastly I'll be looking at their fixtures for the next 10 games.
Neil Maupay (£6.6) stats this season:

Minutes: 360 (every minute)
⚽Goals: 4
Penalty goals: 2
🎯Assists: 1
Shots on target: 6
xG: 3.52
xA: 0.49
*Over performing xG and xA
Brighton's stats this season:

Big chances created: 7
Penalties won: 2
Shots on target per 90: 4.3
Who have Brighton got in their next 10?
The next 2 look good but then they go worse before picking up at gw13.
Michael Antonio (£6.3) stats this season:

Minutes: 354
⚽Goals: 2
Penalty goals: 0
🎯Assists: 0
Shots on target: 8
xG: 2.6
xA: 0.25
*Under performing xG and xA
West Ham's stats this season:

Big chances created: 6
Penalties won: 0
Shots on target per 90: 4.8
Let's look at West Ham's fixtures
The next 3 fixtures look tough for him but from gw8 they look quite nice!
Callum Wilson (£6.4) stats this season:

Minutes: 354
⚽Goals: 4
Penalty goals: 2
🎯Assists: 1
Shots on target: 4
xG: 3.76
xA: 0.28
*Over performing xG and xA
Newcastle's stats this season:

Big chances created: 4
Penalties won: 2
Shots on target per 90: 2
Here are Newcastle's next 10 fixtures
I think the FDR are too kind here. In my opiniom The only 'green' fixtures should be West Brom, Leeds and Fulham.
Who do you fancy? After making this I quite fancy getting Maupay in for 2/3 gameweeks before getting rid of him for Antonio.
