This podcast features the denigration of the woman who spoke to Joe Duffy about the need for plain English on cervical screening campaigns. This women was very quickly vilified and ridiculed as objecting on the basis of her being 'anti-trans'. The importance of retaining the word woman & need for plain English was subsequently outlined by various GPs & medical staff at senior levels of gynae healthcare.

The vilification however did not cease. The podcast further elaborates on the idea that those not affected by issues shouldn't comment on them. The person saying so is a trans women. The target is a woman well entitled to participate in discussion concerning women's healthcare.

This is bullshit but this is where we're at & what passes as 'journalism' with no recourse for those who reputations are denigrated to have a right reply & yet another new podcast in a 10 headed incestuous monster where anything goes & Aoife can say whatever the fuck Aoife wants

It's not journalism. It's a hobby for those with the means and mates to make it happen. There is no integrity on show here. But lick asses one and all. Impossible to reverse out of it now.
