That's right! You both have 17.

The Minneapolis Lakers won the 1948 NBL title by defeating the Rochester Royals.

But the @NBA / @NBAHistory shamefully don't acknowledge it.

I suggest to you, @lakers, that y'all update your twitter bio and call yourselves 17x champions.

If the @warriors count their 1947 BAA title in their championship tally, y'all can count your 1948 NBL title.

And if you win tonight, you surpass Boston for total titles.
