The 107 diagnosed might be worried, might not survive this or might have lifelong consequences.

2) Or they might be absolutely fine, but pass it on to a loved one who doesn't make it, and have to live with that.

3) And that's where we're at now, Cork, especially in the city. In Cork South Central the rate is 240 per 100,000. So we need to change our behaviour.

4) We need to stop behaving as if we are trying to avoid catching Covid, and start behaving as if we are trying to avoid passing Covid to a loved one.

5) With these simple measures:
Limit contacts
Social distance
Hygeine
Masks
Isolate if unwell
...we can all protect those we love.

6) You are the frontline now Cork. You are the team out on the pitch. The doctors and nurses are the goalees. It's up to you to stop Covid scoring the only goal it wants, which is to keep spreading.

7) We can pull together, or fall apart, Cork. It's up to you.
