My commitment is about much more than a program of research. It is about fundamentally changing for whom, what, why, and how we facilitate #learning in our colleges and universities. This requires vast structural changes, but also individual critical reflection and learning. 2/x

These questions drive every course I design, every reading I assign, every interaction I have with my beloved students. I hope the academy changes to value and reward good teaching. But for now my research will continue to be my praxis, and I am so grateful for this award. 3/end
