In the middle of a worldwide pandemic and what are the "Scottish" press doing? Arguing over the difference between cafes and restaurants

No wonder papers are going under

I mean, if you're in the restaurant trade and you don't know if the place you're serving meals from is a restaurant or a cafe then you probably shouldn't be doing that for a living

Spent a few years slaving in a kitchen. Imagine someone asking you where you work and not being able to tell them you work in a cafe or restaurant.

And as hard as things are at the moment, they're a lot better than if we took no action. What's the alternative? To let folk die as a result of being in your establishment? Because quite clearly the rules before weren't getting stuck to.
