It's always funny to me when I see former employees of large companies start their own companies and want to run it just like the large companies they used to work for.
Anytime you traveled, all you had to do was email a travel agency and they took care of flights, accommodation, etc ... for you. You start your own company and instead of booking your own flights like every normal person does, you want to hire a travel agency. Well done.
Your former company used an agency to run their online presence across social media and news websites. Your twitter page doesn't even have 500 followers but you want to hire an agency to do social media management for you. You get head pass.
You have not even hired 10 people yet but you want to hire PwC to handle payroll and benefits because "it's too complicated". Keep going.
You get one client out of your country of operation and all of a sudden you call your startup a "Global Company". Is that so?
