If you're maker/creator/founder

- Bootstrapping a side hustle
- Building a SaaS product
- Growing a startup

You can increase your conversions, revenue and signups with these strategies.

Here's a thread of my favourite nuggets from @cogentgene's Swipe database👇
1/ Sell the "WHY"

People don’t buy WHAT you do, they buy WHY you do it - @simonsinek

We do this by defining it!

"How will this help me drive more revenue?"
"How will this help me lower my costs?"
"How will this improve my user experience?"
2/ Offer a Comparison Table.

Do you have different pricing tiers? Yes?

"Compare them side by side so your users can make an easier choice, without having to wonder."

Here is an example of The Slice's comparison table👇
3/ Prime Your Users With Social Proof

Priming means to make (something) ready for use or action.

This is done by creating clever copy, humour and subtle micro-interactions.
4/ Have a technical product? Let users try it.

In some cases, doing is easier than explaining.

http://headlime.io  does a great job of this and gives the users a "test flight", with no unnecessary signups.
5/ Make a publicly-accessible FREE version of your product.

Spotify does this by letting people share their creations publicly, in turn giving the user exposure to a wider audience.

6/ Review

Swipe truly is an amazing resource, packed with some great conversion strategies. If you're in the space of SaaS and bootstrapping, this is a must.

@cogentgene was kind enough to give me a 40% code for my audience, "slice40".
