He was assigned this role in 2017 and after that, he starts projecting Pro Dogra narrative in AJK, started celebrating 16 March as the foundation, the day on which Amritsar agreement was signed b/w Gulab Singh & EIC.

His wife @SamRaja21700228 was also literally hired by "Dogra Sadar Sabha" to build a softer image for Dogras and she has been constantly promoting the false history of JK where Dogras are presented as the saviors.

Sajjad when addresses Indians he says that He and his party accepts Hari Singh's accession to India as valid, Indian army presence in Kashmir totally legal while Pakistan as the aggressor. He also wants India to kick Pakistan out of AJK/GB.

But when he is addressing people in AJK he says Kashmir is being occupied by India and wants Pakistan to behave better than her. At the same time, he talks about the Independence of JK, not accession. He knows how to please his audience.

He and his friend @AmjadAyubMirza1 were recently hired by India to do their bidding but while Mirza openly advocates state accession to India, Mr, Sajjad cunningly advocates Independent Kashmir in AJK all the while being part of a pro-india party.
