There is no web (unless you count the Animus’s nest)

Is the Galaxy it’s set in. It has no baring on the plot.
Mission to the Unknown
Cory already knows the what mission is and Kembel has already been explored and built on.
The Underwater Menace
It is mostly set in above water caves.
The Macra Terror
The Macra don’t intentionally terrorise anyone, in fact they rather no one even knows about them.
The Mind Robber
Should be plural. It’s the ‘Land of Fiction’ that wants them, not a single being. (I think I remember that right)
Spearhead from Space
The landing formation of the Nestine orbs has little bearing on the plot.
The Claws of Axos
Axons don’t have claws.

Does not take place in a single day.
Frontier in Space
There is no (major) frontier.

If anything there’s less willing to kill Daleks than in other stories.
