Eole Water's website http://eolewater.com  takes you to their new "venture" http://waterfilterbase.com  which is a site that talks about DIY water filters. The site says that Eole Water is no longer operational.

Waterseer, which is the other company you shared also seem to have shut shop. Their website ( http://waterseer.com ) just shows the hosting page. And this video explains how Waterseer failed:

The reason these companies have stopped pursuing this route to generate water from the atmosphere is because of the laws of thermodynamics, something that is taught in college. To understand this, one needs to go beyond the school-level condensation topics.

Basically there needs to be a temperature difference to extract water from the atmosphere. To create this temp difference energy needs to be spent, creating a trade-off. For eg. the water getting generated from ACs need electricity.

In the case of the wind turbine, the electricity generated from the turbine should be able to drive the turbine & create the temperature difference. This usually is not economically viable. The research above created just 0.7 litres of water from the dry arid desert air. Several such research is actively done in the more humid tropical countries. But the cost/litre of water produced is still not feasible for scaling up.

Also sharing details of patent applications to support your flawed reasoning is just disingenuous. People come up with all kinds of wacky ideas and many file patents thinking they will be able to capitalise on it if the wacky idea comes to fruition.
Filing patents != Research

Modi's logic of extracting water from air appears sensible when you look at it from the lens of someone who has just the knowledge of school-level condensation & evaporation. If he had gone to college, he would have known why his thinking may be wrong.

It's natural for someone who has not studied college level thermodynamics to mistakenly think that we can extract water from air using the flawed reasoning of condensation happening from AC compressors. There is no harm in not knowing things.

This tendency to defend Modi even when he makes a simple error is the reason why we are in a mess today. As a responsible Minister, you should have the basic decency to own up for a silly mistake. A Minister defending the indefensible makes the entire country look stupid.
