“simply having a wonderful Christmastime” still makes me think of rolling silverware. If you’re simply having a wonderful Christmastime, why make a song about it? Just have it and shut up, Paul McCartney. Before someone punches you in the throat or the stomach...I mean, nothing.
The only good Christmas songs are Last Christmas and All I want for Christmas is you. That’s all that’s allowed. Frosty the Snowman can catch this blowtorch.
