“Trust me”: This raises questions, distrust. Actions over words.
“Sorry to bother you”: Never apologise for selling. You give value.
“Just to follow up”: If they didn’t buy last time, don’t remind them.
“Buy it”: They like to buy, but not the idea. Try “would you take this?”
“Contract”: Too serious. Replace for "agreement" to not intimidate.
“Haven’t heard back from you”: They know. Offer help, not guilt.
“I know you are busy”: If you know, why are you contacting them?
