Report from Dakshin Vrindavan meadows
In a significant development, an auspicious Peacock couple has decided to make the Dakshin Vrindavan premises their home. They have nested in the meadow grounds and are eagerly awaiting their new ones to hatch. When approached,(1)

the peacock gentleman commented that the serene environs of the Gaushala attracted the couple to make it their permanent residence. The Peahen lady meanwhile, cut him short and informed us his man was more interested in the food being offered by the human caretakers (2)

and lazing around. It was actually her far sightedness and the selfless affection of her cow friends that made her decide to nest here in the meadows. She also informed that the resident cows and bulls have warmly welcomed them as their new neighbors. (3)

In fact, the reputed 'Brown Cow Association' of Dakshin Vrindavan has conferred the highly sought 'Observer Status' of the association on them. Later on, we found the ambassador of the association, Panchami meeting the couple. (4)

On asked for bytes, Panchami informed us that the association believes in "Atithi Devo Bhava' and have accepted the couple as their beloved friends. Therefore, she comes regularly to meet them and ask them their well being. (5)
