Over the last year, she worked with her School of Pharmacy (SoP) by herself and then with a team she formed, to identify areas where decolonisation could take place within the delivery of the curriculum and the SoP. 2/3

She is very proud of all the work they have done to produce change and increase EDI in the SoP so far. She’s very particular about the social aspect of health when providing healthcare, and times like this serve as a reminder for the need for that. 3/3
