When Donald Trump and Mike Pence proudly say they did a great job with COVID-19 (217,000 dead Americans and rising) they mention it would be “much worse” without their leadership implying over 2,000,000 of the 7,833,763 infected would be dead. That’s a 25.6% death rate. #MAGA2020

So is Trump/Pence saying COVID-19 has a death rate of over 25% and they somehow contained it to around 3% because of how great they are? Despite the rest of the world seeing a similar 3% death rate?

Or are they sticking to “it’s just like the flu” and they fucked up so bad it became 40x as deadly?
