What do you do when people who are close to you tell you things like...

'You are good for nothing'
'You are an emotional drainer'
'If you message, don't expect a reply'
'You have a way to misunderstand everything'
'You cannot think right in this life'
Et all. Et all. +
The first thing any sensible honest person will do is, to try and improve upon and adjust as much as one can...

But, what I have realized is, avoiding to process these, continues the hurt.

So better way is to think it out fully, give it completely attention over N over again+
Say, a 100 times, think it out fully, just observe the words with full attention, it will lead to some kind of understanding on where u were misunderstood and where u faltered. Both ways.
Gradually, it starts hurting less. Eventually, u come to realize this came from a personal+
Moment of anger N frustration and the hurt will begin sobering down. Takes a few days. But this process is far better than just continuing to ignore the words trying to avoid hurt. It will anyway embed and manifest.

This way, it will not embed deeper. It will release!
