We tend to be our own worst critic, so here& #39;s a suggestion: when you& #39;re going through a mental wellness low, treat yourself how you would treat a friend if they were going through the same thing!!

You can even keep a little journal where you talk about about what went wrong that day, but looking at it in a kind and self compassionate way
for example instead of saying "i missed a deadline i& #39;m such an idiot", say "i had a lot on my plate so this one slipped my mind, i can prevent this from happening again by setting a reminder/ asking a friend to remind me/ doing it earlier/etc."
