✧・゚: *✧・゚ things i noticed in nct's interlude resonance + mini theory!

-𝙖 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙
1) The knocks and the creaking in “Interlude: Resonance” reflect back to the instrumental of the 7th Sense.

[7th Sense was inspired by 1989, a book written by George Orwell about oppression and injustices.]
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁?
-“The book covers the structure of a totalitarian regime whose greatest symbol is a being who sees everything (“Big Brother”). The plot develops focused on the fight and despair of a common citizen who finds himself in +
a world where reality is created from what the state wants it to be real…”
Think of it somehow as the movie, “Matrix”- a popular theory surrounding NCT’s (and SuperM’s) storyline. I read this theory previously from @lilactaeil, @nctleos, @nctclubvn, and @haeilogy. https://twitter.com/nctclubvn/status/1255153967148838912
2) The music features a slowed and distorted version of "NCT we the dream chaser" from NCT 2018’s Black on Black.
3) The video includes smoke in the scenes of:
● NCT Dream (We Go Up, 2018)
● NCT 127 (Limitless, 2017)
● and NCT 2018.

4) The unification of NCT.
a) Three figures: Xiaojun, Yangyang and Hendery appear in Jeno's eyes.
b) Two Meridian balls appear symbolizing Sungchan and Shotaro.
c) Two different shots of water are being displayed on screen:

First, a splash of water in reverse signifying separation (this means NCT members being in divided in separate units).
And the next is a single droplet symbolizing unity which in this case, is NCT 2020.
8) After the droplet, WayV appears. Lucas is seen first. Why? Because Lucas is the representative of WayV as seen in the YearParty video.
9) "𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐" & “𝐓𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧” mirrors to:
1) The “Limitless” MV (not that significant).

[Specifically this JohnWin scene]
2) And NCT 127’s album: “Neo Zone: The Final Round”.
The meaning of "𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐" & “𝐓𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧” can be of various possibilities. These possibilities can be:

a) Since WayV’s Take Off appears during the “Welcome to Level 2” voiceover, could the debut of WayV possibly signify the beginning of Level 2?
b) NCT 127’s latest album repackage is called “Neo Zone: The Final Round” containing the title song, Punch which is basically a fight song. With the “try again” voiceover in the background, does that mean they lost the fight?
-Take note from the news articles above. Keywords: “𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦”, “𝘰𝘥𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶”, “𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.”
-If they did lose that fight, then it’s easy to assume that 127 needed more help in order to overcome that battle which leads us to, NCT 2020!
-Think of it as something like the Avengers: Endgame or Infinity War.
c) Mark’s “bat-swinging scene” was synchronized with Johnny’s “try again” voiceover. The scene then transitioned to Doyoung’s part of the choreography. Doyoung later proves our “B” theory since his part includes the lyrics, “A rough round I’m preparing for the next one.”
10) Interlude: Resonance summarizes NCT’s storyline from 2016 until 2020.
