I have a gut feeling that Trump is actually going to win this election, purely as a result of the left’s inability to not try to take a mile of “progress” when offered an inch.

“Oh, you moderates, libertarians and conservatives are feeling uncomfortable at the idea of supporting a man of shakey moral character? Then you’ll LOVE this manifesto for how we will fundamentally change America from top to bottom.”

And it’s not like they’re running some charismatic vision caster to entice us. They’ve literally selected a 50yr career politician who can hardly finish a sentence, and his VP whose only career achievement is having imprisoned more black men than any other prosecutor alive.

And even the most diehard democrats in my circles are like “I mean...yah, I don’t really think Biden is the guy, and Kamala was kind of right when she called him a racist and a sexist, but we need to ROCK THE VOTE!”

Add to all of this, it’s now commonplace to assume “vote” means “vote democrat” because, naturally, intelligent people can only be democrats.

And anyone who dares mention support for the GOP is now regularly labeled a racist/nazi. OF COURSE the polls show Biden ahead. Lol. What rational person would willingly lunge into the cancel mob when they can just silently vote?

In the end...The left is taking victory laps when they should be building bridges. They’re unveiling their lists of kinky things they’ve wanted to try out, when they should be offering measured ideas...And I think November is going to be really surprising for a lot of people.
