Something I’m trying to find words for.
I know multiple people who have died from bad medical care. I expect that number to increase.
When I get good medical care, I’m grateful — and I’m also seeing ghosts.

If everyone’s medical care respected their basic humanity every time, a lot of people who have died would be alive.
When I get good medical care, it reminds me of what is possible.
I wish I knew how to change the culture. It doesn’t have to be like this.

When I get good care, I don’t feel guilty exactly.
I feel like I (at least temporarily) won a lottery that no one should ever have to enter.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
