As a 65 year old chest physician treating Covid-19 patients every single day I seek your help.
I am being harassed by Citibank, being asked to pay for large fraudulent transactions on my card.

Despite the situation, citibank forced me to go to police station to file FIR and I did. Then I get email saying they cannot investigate the merchant and that I should pay the fraud charges.
I am a senior citizen risking my life everyday, and unable to take this added harassment

I pray for your help with the above on urgent basis. Kindly support me and protect me from this harassment and extortion by the bank. As senior citizen managing covid patients on frontline, I may fail to cope with this
