If a group of people are offended by something, don’t invalidate them being offended. Especially if they have the RIGHT to be offended.

Don’t tell people to “move on” or it was a “mistake” because people are upset and I can see why. This is a learning moment.

Another thing, if the apology isn’t geared towards you, do not accept it. It’s not for you.

If they are your friend, you have to look at the POV of the people they hurt and understand what they did was wrong. Just because they are your friend does NOT mean you have to accept it.

Idc if you don’t understand why someone is offend, NEVER invalidate someone being upset.

People are upset, offend, and have many mixed emotions right now about the whole situation. You have to look at the POV of everyone.
