Comic sites have been very open with communication, but reviews are not guaranteed. Indie blogs are very welcoming and that's fantastic to have. The horror sites don't answer (no biggie).

Make your own opportunities. Don't wait for media outlets to skip your Kickstarter. Bring your Kickstarter to them.
