I've been using Instacart most of this year and I'm so grateful for the option. For people like me it can literally be a lifesaver. Do I have any followers who are shoppers? I want to know what I can do to make your job better. Right now we:
- always designate second choices
- tip at least 20%
- never place an order unless we know we'll be able to communicate via phone when shopping is going on
- leave a thank you note
- leave good feedback
- support you in labor disputes
Are there other dos or don'ts I should know about to be a good client? (anyone who tells me not to use instacart will be blocked - I don't have another option right now and I'm not going to explain my whole life to you to justify why.)
