//TW: Suicide

Alright I really feel bad for venting on Twitter due to how some people might think I& #39;m just looking for attention. I can say with certainty that I really do have issues, and that it is not an act to merely get some attention and followers.

I know that I SHOULD be speaking to a professional instead, but tbh, the psychologists I have been speaking to have rarely actually helped me, most of them just repeat the same words I& #39;ve heard over and over again, and it really gets tiring to do when you know the result.

The same goes for my country& #39;s crisis hotline, I& #39;ve called them more than 3 times when I was at my worst, and only once did I actually talk to someone who sounded to even remotely care.

So what I& #39;m trying to say here that personally, I have my back against the wall, and I feel like nothing I do that should help helps, that& #39;s why I might vent on Twitter more often, because this October has been absolutely shit for me so far.

I get it, some people say they want to off themselves just because they aren& #39;t getting enough likes and followers, and I agree, that& #39;s pretty shitty behavior because suicide is not a joke... but do it warrant attacking them calling them names for it? NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Then there are other people who calls those who want to commit suicide cowards... YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TERRIBLE THAT IS TO SAY SOMEONE WHO IS ACTUALLY SUICIDAL, IT IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN ACTUALLY SAY TO SOMEONE WHO IS CONTEMPLATING!

Many people who is/was suicidal in the past, already calls themselves cowards for being suicidal, calling them that only tells them that someone agrees with them, which might lead them to actually do it! If you can& #39;t say something else, then don& #39;t!

Instead, tell them that you are sorry to hear that they are suffering, and that it& #39;s ok to feel down and that they are not weird, those words could SAVE THEIR LIVES!

Sorry for the long rant, I just had to get this off my chest... for various reasons
