TW: -A relief for those with Anxiety and Depression

I have been wanting to make this thread for sometime, as I have noticed many on the timeline including my personal friends that are ailing mentally. I hope you find solace in this thread. 🌹💜

You may be engaging in, weather it be work, school work, leisure or etcetera and breathe. Breathe deeply, Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose. Repeat that whatever is plaguing you, whether it be valid or irrational, you're okay. Right now, within this very second+
You are okay, you are present, what is ailing you is temporary. You are safe, you are loved and immensely care for even if it is unknown. Remember, anxiety is just a feeling, it is just an emotion, you can in control of every aspect of your being. You have the power to walk away
From anything causing you grief, any person causing you grief and any thought causing you mind trauma and upset. Release what you cannot change. Sometimes we desire to change the world and become upset when we cannot, release that. Control what is within your space.
“Every breath I take calms me and every breath I exhale takes away tension. I have anxiety, anxiety doesn't have me, this is just a moment - This too shall pass” Believe that, even if you do not, close your eyes and repeat it until you fell you do.
Depression can become heavy, nearly as if the weight of the world is crushing your entire being. What aided me and I shall share - start with Getting up, even if it is 5 steps within your own room, do so. Wash your face, drink water, do something in the smallest degree that +
will bring positivity to your space. If the room has become erratic and messy, pick up one thing at a time - do not add to whats present. If exhaustion comes, relax for the moment and repeat if you can. It all starts within the mental, manifest positive in the present
Even if that thought is positive. If it starts taking a turn to the negative repeat, pick up a couple things throw them away. envision those things being the thoughts ailing you. throw them away. remove them completely. May I stress heavily, and I mean I stress this heavily.
Express yourself. Please speak on what is ailing you to someone, anyone. At times you will find simply getting the buried thoughts out within the open, outside of your mind can help sort through things.
Never be ashamed of what is occurring - You are incredibly valid, your emotions are valid. What you are going through is very real. Please never downplay your own thoughts and emotions.
Know this struggle with both takes practice, it takes finding a path easiest to help you, What I am sharing is a guide to perhaps start your own personal growth. What you're experiencing is within the mental and there are endless ways to express what is within.
