That shit cost $14,500 and all I really learned was to work hard and that Instagram gurus are a scam.

Let's run some numbers on the $14,500 and figure out what that money would be worth today if I invested it into the stock market.

AUTOMOTIVE

If I invested $14,500 in $TSLA on May 8, 2018, today the investment would be worth:

$104,846.31

Annual rate of return: 125.50%
Total increase: 623.08%
Total profit: $90,346.31

With that much money, I could go out and buy 12 Louis Vuitton skateboards.

Total increase: 102.14%
Total profit: $14,809.91

With that much money, I could go out and buy 915 cool Nerf weapons.

Total profit: $4,992.53

With that much money, you could go out and buy a slightly-used Honda Civic.

Moral of the story?

Invest in the stock market and be cautious of gurus that are only trying to pickpocket you
