I can't believe I'm doing this again... But NO Trump isn't shot against a green screen in the White House lawn video.

The background ISN'T looping - here is a gif of the first frame and last frame - look at the shadow of the columns in the background.
And here's the whole video sped up to about 3 seconds. You can see the movement is continuous. The sun is moving across the sky for the whole duration of the video - as it tends to do.
The background doesn't loop. The jump you see happens *exactly* ever three seconds, and it's the result of the Long-GOP MPEG compression that has a 3-second I-Frame interval.

Every three seconds it basically makes a new JPEG of the image, and then slides bits around.
Another way we can tell it's very unlikely to be a green screen is the lighting.

He is lit with a high, very strong, hard light source with a fairly parallel beam... Like the sun.

Do to this with electric lights would require a very power source quite high up and far away.
There is an easy way to achieve that though - and it's used often in professional film making... You shoot the green screen outdoors.

But at that point, if you have exclusive access to the location anyway, why would you use a green screen?
So if they shot a real background, and shot the President in front of an outdoor green screen with similar lighting, they could still be green screening it.

But they're not.

Look at the motion blur here - it's heavily compressed, but is the same over his jacket and the BG
Dealing with motion blur is one of the worst parts of chroma keying. There are many tools an approaches, and having a green in the background plat helps... But it's still going to get clipped or changed a little. It will look different to natural blur over a foreground object.
I'm sure the keying and compositing teams from major VFX houses could pull together a pretty convincing "President on the White House lawn" shot, but I have zero faith that the White House staff could.

Nor is there any reason to think they would need to.
Once again the big takeaway here is that Trump has apparently broken us. We're looking for little lies everywhere.

But take a moment to think - why does the composition of the video need to be a lie when what's said and how it's presented can be?
AND!! In case anyone doubts me...

Captain Disillusion also says it's not a green screen. I honestly don't know what else anyone could want?! https://twitter.com/CDisillusion/status/1314304523163369472
