Ways to unwind before going to bed (a thread):
1. Set the mood and dim the lights in your room
2. Do your best not to check your phone or laptop an hour before bed (very tough)
3. Bust out the herbal tea and sip on something hot
4. Read an awesome fiction book to escape reality
5. Journal your thoughts and plan out the next day by writing a to-do list
6. Get the essential oils going and burn some candles
7. Turn on some relaxing tunes. Never underestimate the power of music
8. Meditation and deep breathing does wonders
