Patient 1 required ear syringing & is unable to leave the house due to age related health problems. All ear syringing cancelled in my trust due to #Covid measures. Some trusts now privatising this service. @RJ_Phoenix16 @darrenmark69 @allisonpearson @Eyecatcher_Pro @NeilClark66

Patient 2 has appointment at vascular clinic for chronic conditions such as leg ulcers, varicose eczema etc. Patient again is elderly does not have internet or mobile phone but they want to assess him over the phone! @RJ_Phoenix16 @darrenmark69 @allisonpearson @Eyecatcher_Pro

Patient 3 had increasing oedema of the ankles and feet is taking diuretics (water tablets) legs had started leaking as well. Pt tried ringing GP was told to ring Walk In Centre, WIC told him to ring 111 to be reviewed by GP. Patient rang GP who referred him to DN. @RJ_Phoenix16

DN went out dressed the leg and was going to request GP review because leg was so bad But patient was now breathless and other observations suggested more urgent medical intervention. Patient had to be admitted to hospital 7 hours after contacting GP @RJ_Phoenix16 @darrenmark69
