People of all backgrounds are prone to this phenomenon known as "Pluralistic Ingnorance", where each individual self-doubts privately thinking they are alone to get these feelings.

Every skilled person thinks their peers have the same skill level or even more than themselves.

This makes them think that they don& #39;t deserve it and they have fraudulently accomplished.

You can have no idea what tasks could be problems to other people and no way to measure the skills.

So how do we prevent imposterism?

Simply by sharing it. Many people don& #39;t share their ideas, don& #39;t apply for jobs or try something which they may turn out to be good in.

When mentors/skilled people start sharing their experiences with imposter syndrome, talking about it gradually propogates in the community as well.

Stop blaming yourself for the problems, and start documenting them to find the real cause and combat them.

Make a habit of revisiting the positive feedback to help you clear the self-doubt.

Start sharing and you would realise you are not alone and would become more frank when talking about it.
