Before @Cineworld closes it's doors temporary, but for the foreseeable, can I pass on my appreciation and thanks to the teams at your Hinckley, Loughborough and Nottingham branches? Their fantastic customer service is a credit to the Cineworld brand. 1/

Pre and post-lockdown I have nothing but admiration and thanks to share from my experience with Cineworld and #CineworldUnlimited. I have always highly recommended and will continue to recommend when the cinemas reopen in a few months. 2/

I also want to comment on the dedication to the cinema the team have had since the pandemic. Cleaning is meticulous; there is ample, clear signage, and the team at each of the locations I have visited since lockdown's easement made each visit pleasant and smooth. 3/
