The Flynn discovery revelations this week, combined with the DNI Ratcliff revelations & Comey's testimony have revealed some VERY interesting things regarding McCabe & the coup plot. If you look at the timeline of the revelations & of DOJ's 'mistakenly' scanned post-it notes

On 9/28/20, we got a new set of Strzok's notes with the date "1/4-5/17" Strzok's lawyers immediately notified the court that this was not his handwriting & was added to the document. This is important because there is a discrepancy among the records about when that meeting took place. Rice's CYA memo says it took place on the 5th. But Yate's alibi claiming she did not know about the Flynn-Kislyak transcripts could only be true on the 4th.

The reason for this is that McCabe told Mary McCord about the transcripts on the evening of the 3rd. McCord says because she was home she could not warn Yates about it before the meeting the next morning. If the meeting is on the 4th, Rice lied.

If the meeting was on the 5th, then either Yates lied about being told beforehand, or McCord concealed this from Yates for 36 hours to keep her in the dark. Either possibility reveals who was in on the crime...

Now I want to turn to the declassification by DNI Ratcliffe, who declassified a memo before Comey's testimony, allowing him to go under oath about the claim. That Comey & Strzok were briefed on Hillary framing Trump. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1311041768075538433.html

It is clear that someone wanted investigators to believe that Comey knew about this referral which went to the FBI attention to Strzok. Comey does nto recall being shown or briefed on this referral, likely because either Strzok or McCabe kept him in the dark but framed him again.

After Comey made this statement, McCabe withdrew from testifying which was scheduled for 10/6/20. He obviously saw that he would be asked about this now declassified issue. Then on the 6th, the same day McCabe would have been testifying, Brennan released a book discussing the meeting on 7/28/16 in which he briefed WH & key staff on the Russian Election Interference.
Coincidence in timing? I doubt it.

Because also on the 6th, Ratcliffe declassified a redacted portion of Brennan's notes from that meeting & a memo from CIA to FBI about the intelligence on Hillary framing Trump for collusion. This memo seems purposely drafted to help Strzok or the SSA conceal exculpatory evidence

This memo was a CIA direction to Strzok to conceal all of this information from the rest of the FBI. It said to tell a single SSA only. It said it could not be used for anything other than generating leads or for situational awareness.

The CIA memo prohibited FBI from using it in any briefing, legal filing or FISA court application. This is a CIA directive to cover concealing this exculpatory evidence from the FISA Court.
It also prohibits sharing the evidence with any other agency including DOJ, OIG, even CIA!

It also prohibits FBI from placing the memo or intel into any FBI records system including classified ones. Which means none of this information could be found in later records, investigations or Brady searches. Declassification lead to all of this information.

This very likely means that Strzok & his associates would have felt safe lying to OIG about both the investigation & the Carter Page FISA. Assuming incorrectly that this would never be declassified, and what happened right before it was declassified & revealed this evidence?

Fake leaks that CIA Director Gina Haspel was blocking declassification of this type of evidence. When no such thing was happening, when Brennan, Clinesmith & everyone else was testifying to Durham thinking he would never learn this information and he already had it!

Ratcliffe's declassification stated that the AG had informed him that Durham no longer needed the declassification of this evidence to remain confidential!

Durham is done with this, before the coup plotters knew it was even handed over to DOJ!

So what did Brennan's declassified but heavily redacted notes reveal? That Brennan had briefed not only the President but JC, Denis, Susan & others on the Clinton frame up of Trump.
Why wasn't this released before Comey's testimony so he could be asked about it? McCabe

I believe they did not want McCabe to testify knowing that the details about this briefing existed. McCabe claimed Comey came back from this meeting & briefed him on Trump Russian Collusion & that sparked Crossfire Hurricane. Did he know there was proof the topic was the framing?

I suspect, McCabe was briefed on the frame up, and launched a counter attack by having Strzok & his team open Crossfire Hurricane over the next several days.
Then someone at CIA wrote this memo to help them hide the exculpatory evidence from the FBI, DOJ, & FISA Court.

Which brings me to the other big discovery fight from the Flynn case... DOJ released to Sidney Powell a set of notes from McCabe with a post-it on it with the date 5/10/17. Now Sidney did make a factual error, McCabe did not brief the SSCI until the 11th. The notes are from the 10th, after his prep work for briefing SSCI, McCabe had a meeting to discuss the Flynn case, probably with his small group of coup plotters.

Why is that important? Because on the evening of the 9th & the morning of the 10th, Strzok says they need to take advantage of Andy's authority to open a case, Page replies to "lock in 'XXXXX'. In a formal chargeable way... The exact topic of those notes written later on the 10th

It is important to note that DAG Rosenstein came in to brief Burr & Warner on something while or before McCabe was being interviewed.
