okay does anyone have advice for anxiety? I developed it a little over a year ago and I am not exaggerating when I say I’ve had anxiety attacks EVERY single day and night for a year sometimes they’re mild sometimes they’re severe and idk what to do anymore
they’re usually always bad durning the night for a few hours or the whole night and then I get them sporadically throughout the day rn I’m having a really bad one and I had to skip class :-////
to explain I think they basically stem from a fear of failure and being social I’ll have a mild one before answering people’s messages/texts/phone calls and then I’ll have severe ones thinking about my future or not being good enough or that I am wasting my talents
