@HDFC_Bank Can you stop this really tasteless, misguiding and unimaginative SMS campaign? I almost got a heart attack when I saw this message; can't imagine what will happen if a senior citizen gets it. Especially someone who isn't tech savvy.
If it is something created by a marketing agency, fire them first. If it is done by someone internal, educate them about customer-centric communication. 400,000 debited is shocking to say the least.
Last but not the least, with these kind of campaigns, you are prompting me to change my credit card and in the long term, making me think twice about my association with your Bank. Hope the intelligent people in your food chain do something about this.
