For my first foray into healthcare data, I've been taking a look at the detailed NHS data up to 01-Oct released today. What I found interesting is the context of the overall non-covid numbers also reported. So apparently in the South West only 0.3% beds are covid patients 01-Oct.
This is the top 30 trusts by what % of their beds are for confirmed covid patients. I'm not sure how much this would be affected by what hospitals specialise in.
I'm sure you'll let me know your thoughts. As usual, I'm trying to find alternative views of the data rather than what's already published on the gov't dashboards.
