GOODNESS GRAVY, the visuals are incredible. The color palettes fit halloween so well and put a unique spin on every single world

The attention to detail was awe-inspiring. Stuff like starting the game walking out of Kirby's house was so satisfying to see

The level designs I found cool as well. I got giddy seeing stages from other games for sure, but the completely new ones are definitely the stars of the show. They were fun and memorable the whole way through. My favorite ones have got to be the wild west trains

The amount of challenge present was interesting. It's not a super tough, beat-you-down-over-and-over type of hard by any means but I was surprised by how many times it kicked my ass. Twin minibosses in cramped spaces are no joke

Favorite world? Spooky Seaside. The aesthetic is right up my alley, and the build-up to adeleine was SO satisfying to experience and it's my personal highlight

Least fave? Hades Harbor. Nothing really wrong with it, just felt like it had the most basic changes out of all of them

The ability icons made me laugh multiple times, especially the ones for wheel and mike (yeah u know that gag)

The switch puzzles I found good! The secrets were just easy enough to find, and that dumb section where you need hammer from another level is completely gone :)

Also OH MY GOSH YOU CAN NOW GET HAMMER FROM A MUSEUM YESSSS

Though, despite all this awesome stuff, it's not perfect

First, it's not always easy to tell what's a platform and what's part of the background. It led to me dying and getting stuck a few times which was frustrating

Second, I consistently got minor audio garbles during my playthrough. Idk if it's my laptop or the game itself but it was a little bit distracting at times

But..... That's it. Everything else is just great

Overall, Kirby's Halloween Adventure was a fantastic time. In many ways, I find it even better than the original game! If I were to put it on my kirby games tier list, I'd put it either right above or below battle royale, the former putting it in the really great tier easily
