You’re gonna want to read this thread
# 5 - "You don& #39;t have time"

False! You have the same number of hours in your day as everyone else in the world!

Your excuse, busted: You don& #39;t have time because you are not making exercise a priority.
You are going to do the things most important to you first, https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💯" title="Hundert Punkte Symbol" aria-label="Emoji: Hundert Punkte Symbol">% of the time.

You don& #39;t have time to workout because it& #39;s not important enough to you.
# 4 - "You never see results"

False! You are looking for the wrong results!

Your excuse, busted: You may be so focused on the end goal, like losing 10 pounds, that anything less seems like a failure.

Be fair! Give yourself credit for the little achievements along the way.
# 3 - "Exercise is boring"

False! You& #39;re doing it wrong too!!

Your excuse, busted: So if you had to eat the same chicken and brown rice every single day, you& #39;d get sick of it.

It& #39;s the same with exercise.

Switch up your routine at least every few weeks.
# 2 - "You don& #39;t feel like it"

False! You& #39;re taking your eye off the prize!

Your excuse, busted: The number-one way to psych yourself up for something is to have a deadline. If you don& #39;t have a reason, like a wedding or a 5K race, then invent one!
Pick a date on the calendar and choose your goal then create a reward or consequences. Include others to help create a sense of urgency.
# 1 - "It& #39;s uncomfortable"

False! You& #39;re too comfortable!!!!
Your excuse, busted: We live in a society where we keep the indoor temperature adjusted to perfection, wrap ourselves in soft clothing, wear thick-soled shoes to protect our feet, lay on cushy beds draped in poofy covers, and shower with warm water and soap every single day.
Maybe exercise isn& #39;t too uncomfortable—maybe our everyday lives are a little too comfortable
I hate sweating.
I hate sore muscles.
I hate being too hot.
I hate being too cold.
I hate being out of breath.
I hate blisters and calluses.
I hate getting wet in the rain.
I hate when my hair gets messed up.
I hate getting out of bed when it’s cold.
You know what& #39;s uncomfortable?!?? Being in a bathing suit at the beach, wheezing after a flight of stairs, buying the next size up, etc.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable!!!

Go for a walk in the rain—with no umbrella!
Get sweaty
Get snowed on
Get out of breath
Get a blister
Our comforts will always be there, but step outside of them once in a while and maybe you& #39;ll find it& #39;s not so bad after all.
