There are lots of indicators, some of the most obvious being the physical ones. These can include
- Headaches
- Fatigue
- An inability to sleep
- Upset stomach
- Muscle pain
- Skin conditions
- Increased illness rate
- Heart + breathing rate increase
- Cold sweats

Some more are emotional signs, like restlessness, lack of motivation, anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, anger, sadness, depression, memory impairment, or feeling hassled or pressured constantly.
Finally are behavioral signs. These are all examples:
- Over or under eating

- Substance abuse
- Withdrawal from others
- Frequent fights
