Really strange and unbecoming of staff at exam centre at Falettis. Pushing parents mostly mothers from shade to face the heat and sun for over half an hour was totally uncalled for. They were too far from exam hall.

Only one of the British Council Staff, a lady, was sympathetic and not only apologised but also told parents that she will also talk to the supervisor. Wish all of your staff had similar manners. Plus conduct a survey to improve exam centers.

If anyone is interested or has some sense of duty, most of the parents are still here. Can't help laughing, Falettis has reinforced the barriers. I still can't make any sense why the person had to shout at mothers and direct security "hatao inko yahan se".

British Council staff behaves like "His Royal Highness". Falettis staff was acting like Ch. Munir. Well, as Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is here, it makes a bit of sense.
