As schools closed in March, our amazing team immediately invested their combined passion, expertise, and experience into finding solutions for our school partners including teachers, learners and their families. #LeadersOfLearning was birthed to keep children safe & learning

Since April, 560 school & teacher leaders have benefitted from our remote training & coaching as #LeadersOfLearning. These educators have in turn supported the learning of 10,773 primary school learners. Today, we can share some of the impact we've seen in #Kawangware & #Dandora

It's been a tough year for school and teacher leaders. We're proud to have been able to see 560 amazing individuals better equipped and supported through #schoolclosures. 98% of our #LeadersOfLearning say that they've gained new skills as a result of our support.

These amazing #LeadersOfLearning have in turn supported parents and learners to overcome barriers to protect learning and well-being at home.

As a result of this support, 94% of households now have a daily routine that promotes learning at home. #LeadersOfLearning

With guidance, support and resources from our #LeadersOfLearning, 97% of parents now support their children's learning at home.

Thanks to our #LeadersOfLearning more parents are spending 1-2hours daily supporting their children's learning, and more children are spending 1-2 hours learning each day.

Utilizing our learning packets to support and track learning at home, we've seen steady performance across learners in both literacy and numeracy, indicating that #LeadersOfLearning have helped to prevent learning losses during school closures.

Of course, #LeadersOfLearning have prioritized well-being alongside learning. New competencies to monitor well-being, and help families deal with trauma and anxiety have helped to reduce anxiety levels amongst parents and learners.

The last few months have been a rollercoaster for us all. We've been so grateful to partner with great allies, to equip 560 #LeadersOfLearning, to protect the learning & well-being of 10,773 children. The next phase of our program will support #SchoolLeaders for #schoolreopening
