Look, American healthcare is friggin complicated. There are parts of it that suck, and there are parts of it that are alright.
But its entrenched in a Capitalist hellscape that is going to take EFFORT and TIME to pull it out

The ACA (which is the actual name when you're not being low key racist about it because you're reminding everyone that a black man is tied to it) was never supposed to be perfect. Ever.
It was a STEP. It was a START. It was a way to start the pull.

The path from what we have now to M4A is LONG. There are so many changes to be made to get us there. There is so much to be adjusted. It has to be done in steps because Capitalism is where we live.

Nothing about this is easy. Nothing about this is simple.

But the GOP wants to kneecap any chance that's given and then say that we shouldn't run the race.

Fuck that.

Never forget that these people like money and power more than Americans.
