/*A STARTERS THREAD*/
Owning an email list is the higest form of leverage you can get
You take the same time to write an email to 1 person as you do to write it to 10,000
Don& #39;t sleep on building and UTILIZING your list

1. Subject line
Your subject line is the HOOK of your email and...
..the only goal of your subject line is to get your email opened
Always frame it with a sense of curiosity
Get creative

2. First line
This is the headline, and the sole purpose is to get the rest of your email read
Again...make sure it is highly interesting and make your reader want to follow up
You can even start writing your email story from the middle to get that drama and suspense

3. Body
The body is the meat and purpose of your email
It should resolve around a single idea and give some form of value to your readers, whether it is:
- Inspiration
- Knowledge
- Entertainment
We will talk about the format in point 8

4. CTA
Every email should have a PURPOSE, and the goal of the CTA is to lead your readers to act on that
Whether it is to lead them to read a blog post, watch a yt video, read your sales pages or reply to the email...
... be clear about what it is that they need to do next

5. Signature
Honest hour, I& #39;ve been doing this wrong and signing off as Hero Journey
Always sign off with your personal name, and possibly job title
People want to feel like they& #39;re talking with real people on the other side of the screen
Also, show personality in the process

6. P.S.
You don& #39;t need to use it everytime if you don& #39;t feel like, but it is a great way to re-state the goal of the email and to further implement a call-to-action
Most readers are lazy readers, me included

7. Email Frequency
I love to go with an email a day - it is the best way to establish a trustworthy relationship and to provide more value
You don& #39;t want your list to forget about you, most people are subscribed to dozens of newsletters that they don& #39;t even know they are...

... don& #39;t let yourself be one of those newsletters
You want people to expect your daily emails and to WANT to read your emails
If you do email right, people will not forget about you, nor be mad if you send daily emails
If they don& #39;t like them, they can unsubscribe, all good

8. Good Practices
8.1 The most powerful way of sending emails is to send story-based emails
You& #39;ve unlimited topic ideas, and story evoke emotions which lead the email to NOT BEING BORING and to TEACH something

8.2 Write like you are writing to a friend
Serisouly, write like you are havin a 1 on 1 conversation with a friend of yours
Don& #39;t use over-complex words and don& #39;t sound...weird

8.3 Re-read your emails outloud
Today I& #39;ve sent an email with typo& #39;s, althought that ain& #39;t the end of the world, I could have avoided that if I read outloud
Plus, if it sound weird, you can just edit that part

8.4 Don& #39;t be afraid of leading people with the CTA
If you have a great offer that fix people& #39;s pain points or ease their life in some shape of form, just PLUG IT
Serisously, you& #39;re letting some people & #39;bleed& #39; by not doing it

8.5 Have a welcome series
You can create evergreen automation that introduces the new lead to your brand, do it
The first 2 to 3 emails are the ones with the highest open and reading rate
Make sure they deliver good value and clarify the new lead about what they can expect
