Topic 1: Coronavirus Pandemic

1st question to Kamala Harris: "What would a Biden Administration do in January-February that the Trump Administration didn't do?"

Harris accuses the Trump Administration of covering up the seriousness of COVID-19.

Says Biden has a national plan for testing, contact tracing, and vaccines.

2nd question to Pence: "Why is the U.S. death toll as a percentage of the population higher than every other wealthy nation?"

Pence says President Trump has put the health of America first 'from the very first day'.

Highlights the President's decision to ban travel from China and Biden's response that such a move was xenophobic.

Pence: "Joe Biden said twice in the debate last week that on Day 1 he would repeal the Trump tax cuts"

Harris claims the Trump Administration "lost the trade war with China"

Pence "Lost the trade war with China? Joe Biden never fought it."

Topic 5: Trade

Pence: "Kamala Harris was one of only 10 members of the Senate to vote against the USMCA"

Topic 6: Supreme Court

Question to Pence: How would your Administration protect Americans with pre-existing conditions if the Affordable Care Act were to be overturned?

VP Pence questions Sen. Kamala Harris directly if her and Joe Biden would pack the Supreme Court if Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed to the Court.

Harris refuses to answer if she supports packing the Court.

Question to both candidates on Breonna Taylor case: "Was justice done?"

Pence brings up Kamala Harris' record of prosecuting black teens as DA of San Francisco and AG of California.

In response, Harris says "the work I did as the AG of California is a model of what our nation needs to do and what we will be able to do under a Biden Presidency".
