The height of posturing free is speech advocacy is apparently tweeting at someone from behind a block. Go off, Liam.
If Liam wants a vet of his incredibly badly drafted freeze peach Bill, I& #39;m happy to provide it at a reasonable rate.

(Seriously, this is a glorious example of those who see free speech& #39;s point as the right to shout at people, not as the free exchange of ideas).
Context: I replied to this tweet, Liam has decided to shit on me from behind the double protection of a block and a locked account lol. https://twitter.com/jrmeager/status/1313931724263321600">https://twitter.com/jrmeager/...
To the extent there & #39;s problem with free speech/academic freedom on campus, I don& #39;t think a novel cause of action for damages is a particularly good way to deal with it. Something that a colleague& #39;s been floating for a while is an educational appeals tribunal, which& #39;d work better
(could cover school discipline appeals, avoiding the need for JR, and could easily be expanded to some of the issues Liam appears worried about, though his current drafting is so overbroad as to be unworkable. You can see said drafting in the patreon post in this thread)
