THREAD TIME!!!! I've got the computer, so lets get this out.

I'm going to start off with some Oilers material first. Yesterday was the draft and they took Dylan Holloway 14th overall. I'm not sure what Holland was looking at with him. He sounds like he's a big effort guy
a middle six forward ceiling. I sure hope there is more to him than that because for a first round pick in the top half of the league it seems like a pretty questionable return. Holland continued on his interesting draft day by deciding to not re-sign Benning or AA. By moving
off of Benning, you've got to think they must feel confident in Bouchard coming up. As for AA, well, as much as he wasn't terribly productive after the trade, they paid a pretty high price to let him walk. Maybe I'm not seeing something but........ I'm interested to see what
else they may have as we continue the draft and move into free agency.

OK, now onto some politics. Does anyone else feel that when Trump falls he becomes a black hole and deals a devastating blow to the republican/conservative flavour in North America? I do. I think Trump is
going to crater in miraculous fashion and I can't wait to see it happen.

How about our own little Trump try hard up here, Kenney. So the most recent hot topic item I've seen recently is a number put on the long talked about spiking property taxes for rural Albertans. Was it to
the tune of $9000 more a year? This should, and even moreso to those who didn't vote for this government, rub rural Albertans right raw. Another "thanks for your vote, I'd like to pay you back" kind of moments. This is cruel and disgusting. Typical Kenney. This ass clown
needs to be purged. Any more word on a general strike? This is long overdue and we need to force feed it to the little tyrant. I also saw that there was an article in the Edmonton Journal calling for the need to replace Shandy Pants. This is long overdue, but the point holds
#FireTantrumThrowingShandro.

Now, @gilmcgowan put out an awesome tweet yesterday listing a bunch of the companies that donated, including specific figures, towards the UCP before the election. The transparency of these businesses obviously welcomes action via boycotting. What
resulted from this tweet was all kinds of folks, Brett Wilson included, criticizing or trying to judge and criticize those who would boycott as some played the angle of "the poor businesses". I'll tell ya, you boycott and feel awesome about doing it.
The entire pushback on how unfair it is to boycott is sheer bullshit. These companies or businesses donated to this party out of either stupidity, ignorance, or selfishness. Let them pay the price. We don't owe them ANYTHING. Thousands of people are in a real bad place and we
need to fill sympathy, or feel guilty, about not wanting to back those who helped put us here? Give me a fucking break. Are those folks really so shortsighted to think that these businesses wouldn't be or won't be blindly supporting Conservative parties moving forward? It's
so...............Albertan. This is, live and in your living room, EXACTLY what is wrong with Albertans and their dedication to self harm. Boycott. Do it a lot. Feel great about it. Put it right on their chin.

I hope you're all staying healthy, and trying your best to manage
the situation we're in. We will continue to lurch forward until we purge this disgusting, short sighted, greedy, worthless government.

Pick up your fellow man/woman. Punish stupidity for what it is, because we don't need ANY of it.

Stay safe friends.
