I haven't said anything before, but fuck it. I am sick of seeing poison in the VA community.
This is a lot of words for 'I'm jealous, I wish I got cast more'.
The pros get cast a lot because they're GOOD, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DON'T TALK SHIT ABOUT THEIR SISTERS.

Salting about people doing better than you, does not help your career in the slightest. You should be building others up and be proud of them, not succumb to tall poppy syndrome.
What if I told you the more that you hear a certain voice, the more you can pick it out in media?

I am so disappointed in you. When newer VA's who look up to you see you talking like this, it makes them think it's acceptable and normal in the community. They also get too scared to call you out, or talk openly about their feelings, for fear you'll treat them like this in turn.
Not claiming I'm perfect either, far from it. I've fucked up before.

Just...do better. Or don't be surprised if your attitude is the reason why you don't get hired. I certainly won't recommend you to anyone until I see change.

Many didn't see this in the comments, so posting it in the thread.
Silky is great at what she does. She doesn't deserve to be talked about like this.
