• The concept of value gap is more important as to figure out product and profitable services you have find the gap through which consumer can be easily filled and has high impact on solving customers problem .
Eg.

• @fast takes away the most intriguing issues of checkouts

• Giving info product which helps
them to learn something new and getting them from 0% to 50%.

2)Don’t build the biz backwards

•Start with what you have.
get that knowledge to people don’t have.
Deliver and be best at it.
Start learning and upgrading.

Like fishing with all great gears but without hook and bait will not catch fish.

Get bait first.
Upgrade later
3)What type of content to produce?

Learn from your teachers-> add your experiences and views ->give it to your students.Start documenting the process and learn about building in public.

Make repetitive content into a high leverage with visuals and your own ideas & experience
4)Why your content doesn’t work?

Me–experience and ideology and environment

Common ground –very small interest that overlap

Other– have different perspective and ideology but the common ground.

Target where is this common ground.And see the problems and discover the solution
5) Decentralized your income
Job ->income – not really leverage and if the job is off you don’t have income.

You–build something – leverage with more options like
1)Info product
2) digital product
3) one on one consultation
4)Get more than 1 way to get paid from one business
6) Everyone is idiot for someone

Get your ideas out in public.

Amplify your ideas and people will be attracted by it.those who oppose it will share and create more network to find you own circle.

7) Stop being average

•Be a big fish in small pond. Have a specific audience & Create your own market.
•Be in top 20% of your market.
• Niche down by getting more constraints.
